1Introduction and Acceptance

4Deposits and Withdrawals

• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 588bd's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 588bd.

10Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to your balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

588bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, 588bd may withhold all funds pending investigation and legal review.

11Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect. 12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
